Change list
Update micgain, IIR and MBDRC tuning parameters in use case ID 61~66

Verification:
a. Took the video in each use case ID 61~66(landscape/invert_landscape/portrait ; main camera/selfie camera) to check if the sound is normal and channel swap is correct.
b. Use QACT RTC mode to check whether the loaded ACDB table is the same as the table I submitted.
