Aaron Wisner 2d6d699e8c Fix up the fuzzy_fastboot python validation script ...

This change introduces tests for B1/C1 fastboot.
This relies on https://android-review.googlesource.com/c/platform/system/core/+/722153
getting merged.

Test: Running on a C1 device
Test: TODO, need to test test.sh better
