Florian Mayer 1e98e02a11 Remove device specific fullmte buffer size config ...

This did not work as intended because the linker filtered
out SCUDO_OPTIONS for AT_SECURE.

This is being replaced by a config in fullmte.mk in
https://r.android.com/2822611.
