Nolen Johnson 375ec00e0b exynos9610-common: Return to prebuilt cbd ...

This reverts commits b29910e, 43e5ff7 and 4fd093e.

Reason: source built one introduces a nasty wakelock that no one can
currently figure out, so lets at least not shred users batteries in
the meantime.
