c7aefde075 sm8750-common: overlay: Set fixed refresh rate on keyguard 
oplus restricts refresh rate to 30hz on AOD
setting fixed refresh rate on AOD seems to fix the issue with FOD HBM on turning off screen as well as issues with brightness bumps on AOD mode

aab1debcda sm8350-common: Move Bluetooth power overlays to sysprops 
* These were moved to sysprops in Android 13 [1] and while
   frameworks reads the values directly from power_profile.xml
   Bluetooth app reads from the properties.

d748e254ce sm8350-common: Move OPlusWifiResCommon to /vendor 
* Resources cannot be overlaid because overlays with
   policies "odm|public" do not fulfill any overlayable
   policies "product|system|vendor".

 * Google forgot to add ODM to the list of partitions
   it can be overlaid but might as well just move it
   to /vendor instead of thinking too hard on it.
