96d39eac5a gts4lv-common: Remove software omx codec references 
These are no longer available as of Android 14 QPR3. The C2 codecs
available by default in the swcodec apex will be used instead.

171bf20bc8 gts4lv-common: media: Drop VP9 HW decoder 
On U it's causing issues like autoplay not working
on YouTube among others, so drop it for now.

56787bca0e gts4lv-common: Delete unused media codecs configs 
Without CodeAurora's modifications in frameworks/av, the vendor suffixed
media codecs configs are not parsed at all. Also remove Dolby audio which
doesn't even seem to be parsed on stock builds.
