eaf4a829be fleur: overlays: Set a more correct doze brightness 
Stock uses different AOD brightness values ranging from 10-50 nits.

We can only use one on AOSP, so let's use max from stock for AOD
brightness.

1d3e100a26 fleur: overlays: Drop brightness backlight/nit mapping 
The max value probably takes HBM into account.
Despite the comment in config_autoBrightnessDisplayValuesNits
stating that these overlays are necessary, neither stock nor
modern pixels set these overlays. So remove the values instead
of guessing nit values :)

45fd3fcca1 fleur: Tweak some auto brightness configs 
- set config_lightSensorWarmupTime to 200ms to avoid overly low initial
   readings impacting brightness decisions after screen wake in a new environment.

 - Decrease debouncing period, this is way too long and the unnecessary
   lag is quite irritating.

05ca4afe63 fleur: Don't pin camera app in memory 
The default camera app can be *huge* in some cases, e.g. when the app in
question is Google Camera. The system will only pin up to the first 80
MiB of the APK file, as well as the first 80 MiB of its odex. There are
several problems with this:

  - We could easily end up with 160 MiB of camera app files pinned,
    which is a tall order with the 6 GiB of usable RAM that we have
  - The data that gets pinned may not even be the most critical data for
    launching the camera

Let's disable pinning of the camera app to save RAM.

116a8082c7 fleur: Update SurfaceFlinger pin on fleur 
This change replaces the '/system/lib64/libsurfaceflinger.so' pin, as
the file was removed in ag/12524602. The updated pin relies on
go/aog/1552085, as system_service needs read access to SurfaceFlinger.

      - shows that /system/bin/surfaceflinger is successfully pinned
      adb logcat | grep PinnerService
      - no longer shows a file-not-found error in PinnerService
