Rodney Etienne 9a434df6ac Pyxis:Disable Smart Pixels on UDFPS ...

With SmartPixels enabled, UDFPS does not work well.
 The higher the percentage of pixels to be disabled,
 the worse UDFPS works.

 Fix this by disabling SmartPixels when UDFPS is working.
