bengris32 2a81830bc8 Introduce Mediatek In-Call Service
* Gain control has always been a problem on MediaTek devices running
AOSP. It lacks the necessary mods which MediaTek have in their
frameworks for properly setting the gain level during calls.

* Write an app which replicates to an extent what the stock
MediaTek framework does for controlling gain levels during calls.
