43ff877475 soc: qcom: Add BG PIL and feature drivers for msm8909w
BG is a companion chip for msm8909 for low power needs.
Add BG PIL driver to provide load, subsystem restart
and ramdump collection support.

The driver loads the BG firmware into memory and sends
a command to the secure userspace application to initiate
secure transfer of the BG firmware into internal memory
of BG and reset BG. The subsystem restart depends on four
GPIOs present between MSM8909 and BG.

Snapshot of BG PIL and feature drivers taken from msm-3.18
kernel version@ commit 5554caa9f538fe ("soc: qcom: Add
Blackghost(BG) chip PIL driver")

b1d25da581 ALSA: usb-audio: Fix parsing descriptor of UAC2 processing unit
commit a6618f4aedb2b60932d766bd82ae7ce866e842aa upstream.

Currently, the offsets in the UAC2 processing unit descriptor are
calculated incorrectly. It causes an issue when connecting the device which
provides such a feature:

~~~~
[84126.724420] usb 1-1.3.1: invalid Processing Unit descriptor (id 18)
~~~~

After this patch is applied, the UAC2 processing unit inits w/o this error.

41beba9840 eventpoll.h: fix epoll event masks
[ Upstream commit 6f051e4a685b768f3704c7c069aa1edee3010622 ]

[resend due to me forgetting to cc: linux-api the first time around I
posted these back on Feb 23]

From: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>

When userspace tries to use these defines, it complains that it needs to
be an unsigned 1 that is shifted, so libc implementations have to create
their own version. Fix this by defining it properly so that libcs can
just use the kernel uapi header.

7e3c72f4c7 UPSTREAM: netfilter: xt_bpf: Fix XT_BPF_MODE_FD_PINNED mode of 'xt_bpf_info_v1'
Commit 2c16d6033264 ("netfilter: xt_bpf: support ebpf") introduced
support for attaching an eBPF object by an fd, with the
'bpf_mt_check_v1' ABI expecting the '.fd' to be specified upon each
IPT_SO_SET_REPLACE call.

However this breaks subsequent iptables calls:

 # iptables -A INPUT -m bpf --object-pinned /sys/fs/bpf/xxx -j ACCEPT
 # iptables -A INPUT -s 5.6.7.8 -j ACCEPT
iptables: Invalid argument. Run `dmesg' for more information.

That's because iptables works by loading existing rules using
IPT_SO_GET_ENTRIES to userspace, then issuing IPT_SO_SET_REPLACE with
the replacement set.

However, the loaded 'xt_bpf_info_v1' has an arbitrary '.fd' number
(from the initial "iptables -m bpf" invocation) - so when 2nd invocation
occurs, userspace passes a bogus fd number, which leads to
'bpf_mt_check_v1' to fail.

One suggested solution [1] was to hack iptables userspace, to perform a
"entries fixup" immediatley after IPT_SO_GET_ENTRIES, by opening a new,
process-local fd per every 'xt_bpf_info_v1' entry seen.

However, in [2] both Pablo Neira Ayuso and Willem de Bruijn suggested to
depricate the xt_bpf_info_v1 ABI dealing with pinned ebpf objects.

This fix changes the XT_BPF_MODE_FD_PINNED behavior to ignore the given
'.fd' and instead perform an in-kernel lookup for the bpf object given
the provided '.path'.

It also defines an alias for the XT_BPF_MODE_FD_PINNED mode, named
XT_BPF_MODE_PATH_PINNED, to better reflect the fact that the user is
expected to provide the path of the pinned object.

Existing XT_BPF_MODE_FD_ELF behavior (non-pinned fd mode) is preserved.

d041a1ab1c cfg80211/nl80211: Optional authentication offload to userspace
This interface allows the host driver to offload the authentication to
user space. This is exclusively defined for host drivers that do not
define separate commands for authentication and association, but rely on
userspace SME (e.g., in wpa_supplicant for the ~WPA_DRIVER_FLAGS_SME
case) for the authentication to happen. This can be used to implement
SAE without full implementation in the kernel/firmware while still being
able to use NL80211_CMD_CONNECT with driver-based BSS selection.

Host driver sends NL80211_CMD_EXTERNAL_AUTH event to start/abort
authentication to the port on which connect is triggered and status
of authentication is further indicated by user space to host
driver through the same command response interface.

User space entities advertise this capability through the
NL80211_ATTR_EXTERNAL_AUTH_SUPP flag in the NL80211_CMD_CONNECT request.
Host drivers shall look at this capability to offload the authentication.

5f3f4d3c10 cfg80211: NL80211_ATTR_SOCKET_OWNER support for CMD_CONNECT
Disconnect or deauthenticate when the owning socket is closed if this
flag is supplied to CMD_CONNECT or CMD_ASSOCIATE. This may be used
to ensure userspace daemon doesn't leave an unmanaged connection behind.

In some situations it would be possible to account for that, to some
degree, in the deamon restart code or in the up/down scripts without
the use of this attribute. But there will be systems where the daemon
can go away for varying periods without a warning due to local resource
management.

26f6873540 uapi libc compat: add fallback for unsupported libcs
[ Upstream commit c0bace798436bca0fdc221ff61143f1376a9c3de ]

libc-compat.h aims to prevent symbol collisions between uapi and libc
headers for each supported libc. This requires continuous coordination
between them.

The goal of this commit is to improve the situation for libcs (such as
musl) which are not yet supported and/or do not wish to be explicitly
supported, while not affecting supported libcs. More precisely, with
this commit, unsupported libcs can request the suppression of any
specific uapi definition by defining the correspondings _UAPI_DEF_*
macro as 0. This can fix symbol collisions for them, as long as the
libc headers are included before the uapi headers. Inclusion in the
other order is outside the scope of this commit.

All infrastructure in order to enable this fallback for unsupported
libcs is already in place, except that libc-compat.h unconditionally
defines all _UAPI_DEF_* macros to 1 for all unsupported libcs so that
any previous definitions are ignored. In order to fix this, this commit
merely makes these definitions conditional.

This commit together with the musl libc commit

http://git.musl-libc.org/cgit/musl/commit/?id=04983f2272382af92eb8f8838964ff944fbb8258

fixes for example the following compiler errors when <linux/in6.h> is
included after musl's <netinet/in.h>:

./linux/in6.h:32:8: error: redefinition of 'struct in6_addr'
./linux/in6.h:49:8: error: redefinition of 'struct sockaddr_in6'
./linux/in6.h:59:8: error: redefinition of 'struct ipv6_mreq'

The comments referencing glibc are still correct, but this file is not
only used for glibc any more.
