Terminator-J e00f4cff62 scripts: Disable stupid warnings for stupid clang 17.0.4 
It has decided to ignore the cc-disable-warning cflags
in arch/arm64 & arch/arm Makefiles.

Incredible.

Oh well; this is only intended for arm64 sdm845.
Maybe someday someone will fix kernel 4.9... *snrk*
