To scale ddr based on the effective frequency of core enable
cpubw node, cpubw node will scale ddr based on the cpu core
frequency.

Gold and Silver clusters contain dedicated 3 fuse corners for
each of them and also a common LowSVS fuse corner. Update the
voltage corner configuration defined for sdm632 as per new
fusing scheme.

In the cases that have FPC cable between main board and sub-board, USB
connector located on sub-board, add re-drive chipset on sub-board to
make sure the signal of rx/tx for super-speed is good enough.

In driver code, some register offsets are different for PMIC5. Add
label to identify PMIC5 to select correct register offsets.

Since system is mounted as root partition by kernel itself,
an early mount of system is not required. then, delete system
from fstab node by overriding. Also, override vendor's
fsmgr_flags with a/b flags.
