input: Drop INPUT_PROP_NO_DUMMY_RELEASE bit
* INPUT_PROP_NO_DUMMY_RELEASE definition in this kernel collides with INPUT_PROP_ACCELEROMETER definition in bionic and upstream kernel. As a result, Android recognizes normal input devices like accelerometers and causes strange behaviors. Input: spaceball - fix parsing of movement data packets
commit bc7ec91718c49d938849697cfad98fcd9877cc26 upstream. The spaceball.c module was not properly parsing the movement reports coming from the device. The code read axis data as signed 16-bit little-endian values starting at offset 2. In fact, axis data in Spaceball movement reports are signed 16-bit big-endian values starting at offset 3. This was determined first by visually inspecting the data packets, and later verified by consulting: http://spacemice.org/pdf/SpaceBall_2003-3003_Protocol.pdf If this ever worked properly, it was in the time before Git... Input: appletouch - initialize work before device registration
commit 9f3ccdc3f6ef10084ceb3a47df0961bec6196fd0 upstream.
Syzbot has reported warning in __flush_work(). This warning is caused by
work->func == NULL, which means missing work initialization.
This may happen, since input_dev->close() calls
cancel_work_sync(&dev->work), but dev->work initalization happens _after_
input_register_device() call.
So this patch moves dev->work initialization before registering input
device

Input: touchscreen - avoid bitwise vs logical OR warning

A new warning in clang points out a few places in this driver where a
bitwise OR is being used with boolean types:

This use of a bitwise OR is intentional, as bitwise operations do not
short circuit, which allows all the calls to touchscreen_get_prop_u32()
to happen so that the last parameter is initialized while coalescing the
results of the calls to make a decision after they are all evaluated.
To make this clearer to the compiler, use the '|=' operator to assign
the result of each touchscreen_get_prop_u32() call to data_present,
which keeps the meaning of the code the same but makes it obvious that
every one of these calls is expected to happen.

commit be896bd3b72b44126c55768f14c22a8729b0992e upstream. Some firmwares occasionally report bogus data from trackpoint, with X or Y displacement being too large (outside of [-127, 127] range). Let's drop such packets so that we do not generate jumps. Input: xpad - add support for another USB ID of Nacon GC-100
commit 3378a07daa6cdd11e042797454c706d1c69f9ca6 upstream. The Nacon GX100XF is already mapped, but it seems there is a Nacon GC-100 (identified as NC5136Wht PCGC-100WHITE though I believe other colours exist) with a different USB ID when in XInput mode. Input: joydev - prevent use of not validated data in JSIOCSBTNMAP ioctl

Even though we validate user-provided inputs we then traverse past
validated data when applying the new map. The issue was originally
discovered by Murray McAllister with this simple POC (if the following
is executed by an unprivileged user it will instantly panic the system):

Input: nspire-keypad - enable interrupts only when opened

The driver registers an interrupt handler in _probe, but didn't configure
them until later when the _open function is called. In between, the keypad
can fire an IRQ due to touchpad activity, which the handler ignores. This
causes the kernel to disable the interrupt, blocking the keypad from
working.
Fix this by disabling interrupts before registering the handler.
Additionally, disable them in _close, so that they're only enabled while
open.

Input: i8042 - add ASUS Zenbook Flip to noselftest list

After commit 77b425399f6d ("Input: i8042 - use chassis info to skip
selftest on Asus laptops"), all modern Asus laptops have the i8042
selftest disabled. It has done by using chassys type "10" (laptop).
The Asus Zenbook Flip suffers from similar suspend/resume issues, but
it _sometimes_ work and sometimes it doesn't. Setting noselftest makes
it work reliably. In this case, we need to add chassis type "31"
(convertible) in order to avoid selftest in this device.

commit 9bbd77d5bbc9aff8cb74d805c31751f5f0691ba8 upstream. There is a fork of this driver on GitHub [0] that has been updated with new device IDs. Merge those into the mainline driver, so the out-of-tree fork is not needed for users of those devices anymore. Input: uinput - avoid FF flush when destroying device
commit e8b95728f724797f958912fd9b765a695595d3a6 upstream. Normally, when input device supporting force feedback effects is being destroyed, we try to "flush" currently playing effects, so that the physical device does not continue vibrating (or executing other effects). Unfortunately this does not work well for uinput as flushing of the effects deadlocks with the destroy action: - if device is being destroyed because the file descriptor is being closed, then there is noone to even service FF requests; - if device is being destroyed because userspace sent UI_DEV_DESTROY, while theoretically it could be possible to service FF requests, userspace is unlikely to do so (they'd need to make sure FF handling happens on a separate thread) even if kernel solves the issue with FF ioctls deadlocking with UI_DEV_DESTROY ioctl on udev->mutex. To avoid lockups like the one below, let's install a custom input device flush handler, and avoid trying to flush force feedback effects when we destroying the device, and instead rely on uinput to shut off the device properly. Input: cros_ec_keyb - send 'scancodes' in addition to key events

Input: ads7846 - fix integer overflow on Rt calculation

In some rare cases the 32 bit Rt value will overflow if z2 and x is max,
z1 is minimal value and x_plate_ohms is relatively high (for example 800
ohm). This would happen on some screen age with low pressure.
There are two possible fixes:
- make Rt 64bit
- reorder calculation to avoid overflow
The second variant seems to be preferable, since 64 bit calculation on
32 bit system is a bit more expensive.

Input: i8042 - add Acer laptops to the i8042 reset list
