msm: mdss: Add Rec2020 YUV conversion to CSC tables

soc: qcom: add support for fingerprint sensor driver
The QBT1000 driver provides an API for communicating with trustzone applications and handles firmware event interrupts. Migrate demux driver from kernel 3.18 to 4.4
This change migrates all the relevant files and updates made
to the dvb/demux framework, required for mpq demux driver.
The snapshot is taken as of msm-3.18,
'commit e12c33f73fb0 ("Merge defconfig: Enabling confg INET_DIAG_DESTROY")'
In addition, introduce a few code changes to reduce checkpatch
warnings, typos and other style issues.

cfg80211: Add support for aborting an ongoing scan
Implement new functionality for aborting an ongoing scan. Add NL80211_CMD_ABORT_SCAN to the nl80211 interface. After aborting the scan, driver shall provide the scan status by calling cfg80211_scan_done(). cfg80211: Allow a scan request for a specific BSSID
This allows scans for a specific BSSID to be optimized by the user space application by requesting the driver to set the Probe Request frame BSSID field (Address 3) to the specified BSSID instead of the wildcard BSSID. This prevents other APs from replying which reduces airtime need and latency in getting the response from the target AP through. This is an optimization and as such, it is acceptable for some of the drivers not to support the mechanism. If not supported, the wildcard BSSID will be used and more responses may be received. msm: mink: Adding SMCInvoke Driver
SMCInvoke driver is a misc driver to support communication between secure and non-secure world, based on new capability based model. Earlier, QSEECom driver had several problems such as exposing many interfaces to accomplish various tasks on secure world side. Ideally, driver should work as transparent as possible and provide just tunnel to communicate between secure and non secure world. SMCInvoke driver aims to achieve that. Add support to allocate/reserve a virtual address range without physically backing. Add support to allocate physically backing memory without assigning it a virtual address. Add support to unite the two forementioned allocations together. Add support to divorce them from one another. Add support to let their kids do cache operations as they see fit. Create a 'dummy' page that is used to back virtual allocations that are not yet backed by physical memory. When clients specify color space information, venus HW should embed it in the bit stream. This helps to regenerate original colors when decoded by decoder. msm: mdss: add support for adaptive variable refresh feature
Adaptive variable refresh(AVR) allows timing modification of a current frame by extending the vertical front porch values. This helps shifting the vsync to slowest vsync interval supported by panel when GPU rendering ready event is delayed. Define an interface for AVR to enable client to control AVR settings. Validate client input for AVR and configure the corresponding AVR registers. Some test applications intentionally generate a GPU fault for various reasons. Because a GPU fault generates a snapshot and snapshots are persistent until they are pulled, running the test application may take up the snapshot slot and prevent a real fault from being captured and debugged. This flag allows the draw context to intentionally avoid generating a snapshot. sysctl: add cold_boot sysctl entry
Add a cold_boot parameter which supplements the boot_reason sysctl entry with information about whether the system was booted from cold or warm state. /proc/sys/kernel/cold_boot entry is updated with 1 or 0 when system was booted from cold or warm boot state respecitively.
