Eric Biggers eff0cf2ddb UPSTREAM: crypto: scatterwalk - remove 'chain' argument from scatterwalk_crypto_chain() 
All callers pass chain=0 to scatterwalk_crypto_chain().

Remove this unneeded parameter.
