Kobe Wu 3d3f72d7bb [ALPS04994668] lockdep: adjust the dependency of lock debugging ...

Spinlock debugging is bundled to CONFIG_DEBUG_SPINLOCK.
Lock monitor is bundled to CONFIG_LOCKDEP.

CONFIG_DEBUG_LOCK_ALLOC is the basic option to enable
CONFIG_LOCKDEP (Lock monitor). The other choices are
CONFIG_LOCK_STAT and CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING.
