Tashfin Shakeer Rhythm e23a79328b Partially revert "lpm-levels: Allow CPU to idle when executing audio code" ...

This doesn't work as intended.
But keep msm_cpuidle_get_deep_idle_latency() inlined as it's correct.

This partially reverts commit 4ae12d76cf30.
