andrew.yang b0c0d36326 [ALPS04820396] RTC: add power-off alarm support
Add power-off alarm support in timerfd.
System will power on 1 minute earlier than expected alarm time.
However, if system power off time is not 1 minute earlier than
expected alarm time, system needs to power on in 15 seconds
