On some targets RNDIS function uses BAM to BAM transport,
and is handled by the f_qc_rndis driver. This change
adds RNDIS support using IPA over BAM2BAM.
This is snapshot of the qcrndis driver as of msm-4.9

This driver provides the same interface for fastrpc library as metal Linux.
So fastrpc applications and library can run in GVM without modification.

Make interface changes to get PDN configuration. The ioctl
can be used to notify whether a PDN is in IP collision
mode or in IP passthrough mode and provide the required configuration
information.

Increase PDN config table size to 7 entries in order to
support 6 PDNs offload. entry 0 is not valid in case
of PDN selection by filtering.

Extra added fixes in fs/f2fs/data.c for FBE:
* Fix FBE regression with 9937c21ce1 ("f2fs: add bio cache
for IPU"). The above commit is not setting the DUN for
bio, due to which the bio's could get corrupted when FBE
is enabled.
* The f2fs_merge_page_bio() incorrectly uses the bio after
it is submitted for IO when fscrypt_mergeable_bio()
returns false. Fix it by making the submitted bio NULL
so that a new bio gets allocated for the next/new page.

IEEE P802.11-REVmd/D3.0 adds support for protecting Beacon frames using
a new set of keys (BIGTK; key index 6..7) similarly to the way
group-addressed Robust Management frames are protected (IGTK; key index
4..5). Extend cfg80211 and nl80211 to allow the new BIGTK to be
configured. Add an extended feature flag to indicate driver support for
the new key index values to avoid array overflows in driver
implementations and also to indicate to user space when this
functionality is available.

1) Make changes to get mtu of l2tp interface along with
other configuration parameters to install the MTU rule configured
by user.
2) In case of L2TP over UDP, there can be packets with frag extension
header which do not have offset or MF bit set. These packets will not
match with IS_FRAG equation which relies on frag offset and MF bit set.
Make changes to give provision to install next header matching the
protocol byte offset in IPv6 header.

This a snapshot of mdp and dsi driver fixs from msm-4.4
as of 'commit 3dd5febeecd1 ("fbdev: msm: Call vsync_handler
only after ctl start"). These changes bring in all display
features and bug fixes for SDM660 and msm8998 from msm-4.4.
On top of this, additional changes were done to adapt the
display driver to iommu,sync framework changes in msm-4.14.

Commit ab4dfa20534e ("cfg80211: Allow drivers to advertise supported AKM
suites") introduces the support to advertize supported AKMs to userspace.
This needs an enhancement to advertize the AKM support per interface type,
specifically for the cfg80211-based drivers that implement SME and use
different mechanisms to support the AKM's for each interface type (e.g.,
the support for SAE, OWE AKM's take different paths for such drivers on
STA/AP mode).
This commit aims the same and enhances the earlier mechanism of advertizing
the AKMs per wiphy. Add new nl80211 attributes and data structure to
provide supported AKMs per interface type to userspace.
the AKMs advertized in akm_suites are default capabilities if not
advertized for a specific interface type in iftype_akm_suites.

This patch moves some structure, type and identifier definitions into a
MACsec specific header. This patch does not modify how the MACsec code
is running and only move things around. This is a preparation for the
future MACsec hardware offloading support, which will re-use those
definitions outside macsec.c.

When L2TP over UDP tunnelling is used, add provision to filter
out based on next header in case if specific packets like
ICMPv6 packets need to be routed to apps.

The ability to vote IPA clock from user space is now required. Given
this, voting for IPA clock can now be done via an ioctl. This header
file supports the ioctl and can be independently propagated.

Only one pair of MHI ep's are supported till now.
With respect to auto-pcie use case requirement
we need to support one more MHI ep pair for cv2x.
Modify ipa-mhi driver to support additional mhi ep pair.

The CEC_MSG_GIVE_DECK_STATUS and CEC_MSG_GIVE_TUNER_DEVICE_STATUS commands
both have a status_req argument: ON, OFF, ONCE. If ON or ONCE, then the
follower will reply with a STATUS message. Either once or whenever the
status changes (status_req == ON).
If status_req == OFF, then it will stop sending continuous status updates,
but the follower will *not* send a STATUS message in that case.
This means that if status_req == OFF, then msg->reply should be 0 as well
since no reply is expected in that case.
