Aeron-Aeron 3ac2ed9f16 rubyx: Fixed extraction of 64 bit libs 
* Extract-utils recently had issues that 64 bit libs weren't
  being inputted in the Android.bp of the vendors.
  And being stupid, I extracted at that time. Now, it's fixed
