3f347a16a1 Add CHA and SNH cases to ssc table 
CHA (Collectively All Hit) = victim subsystems collectively hit all frequencies of the frequency set
SNH (Single No Hit) = a single victim subsystem did not overlap with any
problematic range in the table

e14ad896af Add coex display ssc configs to device. 
Note: These changes were copied from the reverted commit
a1a6faa971 (ag/23419680).
Only the ssc table is added here and the rest of the changes will be moved to a separate commit.

26f27dffea Add coex display ssc configs to device. 
Add ssc coex table and set write permission on ssc_mode display fs node
