External GNSS power stats are controlled by GPS chip side. The power
stats would not update while GPS chip is down. This means that GPS
OFF state residency won't reflect the elapsed off time. So only GPS
ON state residency is present.

1. This mps file fix two issues.
- When playback default ringtone sound, volume sounds lower than
reference phone
- [Nominal] A little Noise sound in instrument
2. This mps tuning modify FBEQ to let Ringtone louder.
This mps tuning decrease a little MaxxBass below 20th.
Let Nominal volume less noise and dirty sound.
3. improve volume curve from 25th~1st.

We have observed more reclaiming activities as upstream
has changed how PCP high is calculated since 5.15 kernel.
Re-align the level back to 5.10 first so we can monitor
how it impacts the MM metrics.

- Refine tuning to fix AQTI issue. Reduce harsh sound.
- This tuning version may get higher DXOmark score

- Speaker safe mode use less multiband and should fix ringtone pop
