Disable RILC_REQ_GPS_GNSS_LPP_PROFILE_SET

Browse source 
Disabling RILC_REQ_GPS_GNSS_LPP_PROFILE_SET because this is not
needed and may cause CP reset after NTN to NT mode switch.
