init.zumapro.board.rc contains configurations for zumapro board
use ro.board.platform to get device board type

15c6a436bf Load init.rc based on SOC 
P24 proto devices use zuma and devices starting from EVT use zumapro
Init should load proper init.rc based on SOC

86752fa50e Reland caimito: powerhint: Use the same hints as zuma for baseline. 
Use the latest udc-qpr-dev p23 zuma powerhints.
Support selecting different powerhints json file for prototype
and production devices.
