guibing c063e41292 ADPF:caimito: add tagged ADPF profile for SYSTEM_UI. 
- Add a event node for SYSTEM_UI;
- Add a separate SYSTEM_UI profile;
- Remove unused profiles.

Flag: NONE powerhal doesn't have a flag yet
