4778458b75 Add normal routing emergency numbers for telekom_pl and orange_pl 
The numbers 984, 985, 997, 998, and 999,
which were previously only processed with normal routing on plus_pl and play_pl,
be added to telekom_pl and orange_pl for normal routing as well.

Enable dynamic routing feature for India, Israel, Taiwan, Singapore,
Switzerland, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Add emergency numbers requiring normal routing for India, Israel, France, Taiwan, Singapore, Switzerland, Guadeloupe, Slovakia, Poland, Reunion, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

to be able to build and flash Pixel device when vendor source is not
available.

2515f0c35a [Comet] Tweak outer display cutout approximation rect to fix insets 
Since the cutout rect was not defined to start at the top of the screen,
it was not considered to be on the side edge when the device was in
landscape/seascape.
This would make the status bar insets calculation not take it into
account, and content would be displayed over the cutout area.
