Add LEFT-INNER-DISPLAY, RIGHT-INNER-DISPLAY virtual sensors.
Add INNER-DISPLAY-DIFF (diff of right - left) virtual sensor.
The INNER-DISPLAY-DIFF sensor will be used for inner display thermal
compensation.
