136ff9475a Spatializer: Update configs with latest tunings. 
Update Auxel configs to http://go/txcl/34420 (commit 76444a841e58d9a17952cc5f6f94f39c20c15c91).

Notably, this config update enables speaker offload on comet.

de8ba53d70 Move offload spatializer config to device-specific folder. 
Also update the configs to http://go/txcl/33962 (commit 3c51d9c2071f9adec5dbeb3f49f83b15e92247a7).
