9f422bce5f audio: waves: support speaker spatial in audio hal 
- Disable control in audio hal first.
- introduce new output mode:
 - OM:1  - Folded
 - OM:9  - Unfolded
 - OM:60 - Clamshell
 - OM:11  - Unfolded reserve
 - OM:12 - Clamshell reserve
- preset: F10_xps1109.mps
