1. Add thermal throttling to all the preset (2nd link law)
2. Include spatial audio preset (Reserved Mode)

- introduce new output mode:
 - OM:1  - Folded
 - OM:9  - Unfolded
 - OM:60 - Clamshell
 - OM:11  - Unfolded reserve
 - OM:12 - Clamshell reserve
- preset: F10_xps1109.mps
