bgkim d93d355fb6 bootctrl: fixed OOB read in BootControl 
Fixed OOB read in BootControl::isSlotMarkedSuccessful() by checking
if "in_slot" is negative

Flag: EXEMPT bugfix
Test: tested on Husky device
