Isaac Chiou 206366eb0a config: Override disable firmware roaming via HAL API ... ag/13790852 provides a solution to disable fw roaming if the connection is triggered with a specific bssid. We set config_wifiUseHalApiToDisableFwRoaming to true to enable this feature.
