dumpstate: Fix P10 touch can't work after bugreport.

Do not dump the touch heatmap data to fix touch abnormally after bugreport.
This is the WA. I will revert it after kernel includes the solution
commit pa/2194708.

Bug: 228928861
Test: touch works well after triggering bugreport.
