a8a4ca2748 Bypass build time check for users-libs 
* set PRODUCT_BROKEN_VERIFY_USES_LIBRARIES to true to bypss the build
time check on users-libs to fix the build error.

ab3f2562aa Remove 64-bit-only configs and default to 64-bit-only 
Remove option for _64 and default to 64-bit only builds.
Removes the (out of date) manifest_64 files.
Removes OMX since it is not supported for 64-bits.
