Speed up cheetah, cloudripper, pantherand ravenclaw builds by excluding code that can never be used.

Uses the new PRODUCT_SOURCE_ROOT_DIRS flag, and the file list for pixel
in vendor/google/products/sources_pixel.mk

Test: treehugger, abtd for the relevant buidls
