00d0441ced Add AOSP support for Cheetah and Panther. 
We will have a 'vendor' project containing proprietary blobs
to be able to build and flash Pixel device when vendor source is not
available.
The project names are
platform/vendor/aosp/google_devices/cheetah
platform/vendor/aosp/google_devices/panther

and the paths are
vendor/google_devices/cheetah
vendor/google_devices/panther

TEST:make and flash a panther device

ca6b8be9e5 Migrate "rounded_corner_content_padding" 
This CL updates resource overlay of

  rounded_corner_content_padding

so that the same device-specific value can be seen from both the
Framework code and the SysUI.

With my previous CL [1], the SysUI continues to see the same value
even after this migration.

3ecded6453 Revert some customization config from C10/P10 
Previously ag/16573869,ag/16655971 accidently migration some

9acaa7507c Create initial config.xml 
Create config.xml to support device suspend when screen off due to
p-sensor and enable adapative brightness. Modify auto brightness
table to support 1000 nits in HBM mode.
