pantah: Set up proprietary files extraction 
* The proprietary files lists are generated by comparing stock partition
  contents with AOSP generated partitions.

96d8f09cf7 Add device irq map for Pixel 7 devices 
This xml maps the devices that can wake the main CPU up to subsystems
that use them.

a54647c4fe Enable SAE upgrade offload 
Update wifi overaly to enable WPA2 to WPA3 auto-upgrade offload
to capable Driver/Firmware.
With this feature enabled, Pixel can support cross akm roaming.
