d31bca5d0e audio: update c10 p10 RC tuning 
For C10_LL_Pt_Ls_mix3500M_volCurve_allModes_Speaker_Safe_ONEAL_V2.mps:
- Non media, update the speaker-safe preset for
  Ringtone/Notification/Alarm stream
- sha1sum:  b813efb994561b71715c075c0d34ad8c1a009ade
  /vendor/etc/waves_preset.mps

For  P10_LL_Pt_Ls_mix2000_volCurve_allModes_Speaker_Safe_ONEAL.mps:
- Non media, update the speaker-safe preset for

Full volume curve is integrated with LinkLaw for stereo playback
Reduced Sharpness of speech
