45d3b65550 Create initial config.xml 
Create config.xml to support device suspend when screen off due to
p-sensor and enable adaptive brightness. A follow up patch may be
needed after tuning the auto brightness table.

cff2f8cd86 audio: update speaker boost peak current limit 
- Set the "boost peak current limit" as 2.50A in default for
   both top & bot cirrus amps under "speaker" path(stereo
   speaker playback usecase).
