Juan Yescas 993ec193e2 16k: Add AOSP page size agnostic targets for Oriole and Raven
The new AOSP targets for Oriole and Raven will be:

- Page size agnostic (will support kernels with 4k/16k page sizes)
- 64k ELF aligned

Test: source build/envsetup.sh
      lunch aosp_raven_pgagnostic_64-userdebug
      m -j$(nproc)

      source build/envsetup.sh
      lunch aosp_oriole_pgagnostic_64-userdebug
      m -j$(nproc)
