Jasmine Cha 7d716fef59 audio: waves: update R4 tuning table (20210701) ... + Bass management improves the frequency response at volume steps 23 and below. + Improved gain staging for clarity, dynamics and removal of distortion artefacts + Improved stereo balance and bass in landscape + Removes tuning bug that applied too much gain correction on quiet audio. The portrait and landscape stereo tunings are retuned, but there is no change to the speaker-safe tuning for notifications and ringtones which are performing well. Bug: 179089856 Test: playback mute on/off, bypass on/off, lr swap/mixed.
