870855cfaa thermal: update powerhints per new thresholds 
As part of fixing b/268768104, control temperature is lowered to
85C for iPOP devices. This change updates powerhint thresholds to
reflect the same

        Improve background noise
        a.Low band threshold: from -44dB to -38dB
        b.High band cross over frequency from 12k Hz to 18k Hz
     4. SNS module:

f1ba9569e3 RRS: add the property for default resolution for RRS 
Add properties
1. assign default resolution 1008p for RRS
2. HWC is initilized with 1008p to avoid to switch resolution
when boot animation is almost over.

Test: Boot w/ and w/o user selected configs and check the resolution
