2813c39f77 Shusky: 16K: Add AOSP page size agnostic targets 
Added new product targets for Shiba and Husky with:

1. Page size agnostic (Supports both 4K & 16K page sizes)
2. 64K align ELFs

Test: Successful build of aosp_husky_pgagnostic-userdebug
