15548e038e audio: waves tuning table 
- Full tuning includes volume curve to match previous project at
  volume 18 to 1 perceived loudness.
- Passes all power and skin thermal targets
  (for 40C skin temp sustained power)
- Test acoustics shows superior performance to past premium (R4, C10)
