3. Modify SWB Rx BVE(Tx) G1 from 4 to 3dB, FFP MaxG from 10.5 to 11dB, keep DRC gain in 13dB, SPK Vol for volume curve

7. Modify SWB Rx FDEQ at Max/Max-1 Vol to mitigate hissing sound problem.
