Jasmine Cha f1a154e316 audio: update playback tuning 
- Fixed cracking piano issue
- Improve vocal muddiness issue
- Updated stereo balance
- Maintain as much of previous timbre as possible
- Reworked volume curve to match previous tuning
- Added improved BAACL tuning
- Added thermal throttle (2nd linklaw) tuning for 580mW
  bottom speaker limit @ 46.5degC

 - Basic MPS functionality / glitch checks
 - Acoustic Objective measurements (MTV and GTW).
 - Perceptual testing (PTE)
 - UX MTV 30 users
 - Thermal (vmon/imon): Pass
 - Battery (vmon/imon): Pass
 - Battery (Monsoon internal): Pass
