d6bfb33f78 Default enable LE Audio on T6Pro 
1. Default enable LE Audio unicast on android U.
2.Enable LE Audio switcher flag(for developer option)

Test: LE Audio unicast related services are all enabled by default
Test: Media & Phone call can stream via LE Audio SW path

9a6261a19e Bluetooth: update US/CA SAR tables 
Because original EDR max power limit was too high that BT chip whould
not achieve to, reduce power limit to fix power control issue.
Update US/CA Bluetooth SAR tables.

Test: RF team test with BT firmware v0060.1036

c760f7a8a1 Bluetooth: update SAR tables 
Reduced BLE power to 3.5dBm for US/CA due to FCC bandedge limit.
Boost EDR power by 2dB for EU/JP/WW to meet expected power.
