- BLE HP value us updated to HR column

589ee5240b Enable multi-codec for Tegu project. 
Add set scenarios, configurations files and set properties to
enable multi-codec architecture for Tegu projects.

This is a clone of the default files, only GAME scenarios
has some order changed to prioritize 48k gaming without source.
