1. Based on TI smart parameter to make Proto tuning
2. Timbre is similar to mid-end phone
Original Proto ROM mps file is for IMU test purpose.
That only add 18kHz Low Pass Filter.
Timbre is not like previous mid-end phone

- But keep builtin_mic setup for tegu.
