Rios Kao e6a1a826fa tegu: fix unexpected affinity setting. 
note:
     Release version: rapid/libspeechenhancer_20240923_1707_RC00
     Which fixes the affinity behavior and
     enhance the performance of each mode.

Test: end-to-end validation.
